BMJB sp. z o.o. delivers industrial electrical installation with self-managed crews, mainly in Germany and Belgium, and with a permanent crew offshore.

Company profile
BMJB is an electrical contractor focused on industrial sites: data centres, automotive plants, manufacturing and logistics facilities, renewable-energy installations and offshore vessels.
Our core offering is industrial electrical installation (containment, cabling, terminations), control cabinets from our own prefabrication workshop, and service. Since 2021 our team has delivered more than fifteen projects on European sites, from a seven-person crew in a hyperscale server room to sixteen electricians on a single industrial plant.

Experienced crew
Electricians with two to three or more years on industrial sites.
Languages
English or German spoken on site.
Logistics
Vans, tools, PPE and accommodation provided by BMJB.

03Compliance
Documents in place before we arrive.
A1 certificates
Social-security cover for every posted worker, issued before mobilisation.
German tax exemption
Freistellungsbescheinigung (§ 48b EStG) for construction work, valid for 2026.
SCC safety
Safety Certificate Contractors, required on many industrial sites.
SEP qualifications
Polish electrical qualification certificates for work up to 1 kV.
Liability insurance
Company third-party liability policy covering our work on site.
Health & safety
Occupational medical checks and H&S training for every worker.
