Data we process

When you use the contact form we process your name, company, e-mail address, optional phone number, site location and the content of your message. Our web server also processes technical data (IP address, date and time, requested page) in server logs, to operate and secure the website.

Purpose and legal basis

We use form data only to answer your enquiry and to prepare an offer (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR: steps prior to a contract and our legitimate interest in replying to business enquiries). Server logs are processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in the security of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Recipients

Messages are delivered by e-mail through our hosting provider, which processes data on our behalf. We do not sell or share your data for marketing.

Retention

Enquiries are kept as long as needed to handle them and any resulting business relationship, and then deleted, unless the law requires longer retention.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use cookies, analytics or tracking tools, and it loads no content from third-party servers. Fonts are hosted on our own server.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict processing, to data portability and to object to processing. You can also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority; in Poland this is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).
